Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Darrius Heyward-Bey (hamstring) should play against the Houston Texans in Week 9 despite injuring himself at practice on Friday. Heyward-Bey is expected to start opposite T.Y. Hilton for the Sunday night game.
Darrius Heyward-Bey to expected to play, could see big time fantasy boost
The Colts receiver hurt himself in practice on Friday but should play against the Texans. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy impact: although he's listed as questionable for the contest, it would be tough for coach Chuck Pagano to hold Heyward-Bey out of the lineup given that the team's number one receiver Reggie Wayne (torn ACL) is done for the season.
Heyward-Bey never really managed to establish himself as a go-to guy in his time with the Oakland Raiders, but the season-ending injury to Wayne could very well change Heyward-Bey's career outlook, let alone his value for this season.
Wayne may have very well played his last game as a member of the Colts due to his injury and contract status, and Heyward-Bey has impressed the coaching staff when he’s been called upon this season. Quarterback Andrew Luck has been firing on all cylinders of late and that should bode well for savvy fantasy owners who snatched Heyward-Bey off of the waiver wire once Wayne went down.
