Oakland Raiders running back Darren McFadden was held out of practice again on Thursday. It's the second day in a row he's not practicing.
Darren McFadden not practicing Thursday, fantasy owners can fire up Rashad Jennings for another week
DMC missed his second straight day of practice and is unlikely to suit up for Week 12. We break down the fantasy implications.

McFadden missed the last two games with a hamstring injury. On Wednesday, head coach Dennis Allen said he's "getting closer," but he's unlikely to suit up for Sunday's game against the Tennessee Titans. An annual injury headache for fantasy owners, McFadden has yet to play all 16 games in his six-year career, and he's managed just 352 rushing yards and three touchdowns this season. Rashad Jennings is expected to start once again.
Fantasy impact: Jennings has been playing well as the lead back, making it unlikely that McFadden will resume the starting job once he returns -- he’s tentatively expected to come back next week on Thanksgiving. Fantasy owners in deeper leagues might consider holding McFadden, but he’s barely a factor in 10- and 12- team leagues. Jennings is worth starting as an RB2 again for at least one more week.
