Fantasy football start/sit, Week 12: Chris Ivory is low end RB2
Chris Ivory has been somewhat consistent for the Jets. Should you keep him in your fantasy lineup?

The New York Jets were a complete disaster on Sunday against the Buffalo Bills. Geno Smith was a living turnover with four and he was the first player this season to have multiple four-turnover games this year.
That ineptitude didn’t hurt running back Chris Ivory. The former New Orleans Saint had 98 rushing yards and a score on just 15 carries. Of course, he had a 69-yard play on the right sideline to propel him to that total, but that’s been Ivory’s calling card in the past couple years of his career.
He’s been the featured back for the Jets over the past two seasons with an 18-carry, 139-yard explosion against the Saints back in Week 9.
Fantasy impact; He gets the Baltimore Ravens this week. They’re a team that has shut down some rusher with only one rushing TD allowed all season. They also rank seventh in yards per carry, so it’s not a friendly matchup. It’ll be tough to play him in 10-team leagues, but owners in 12-team formats can consider him as a low-end RB2. He doesn’t catch balls, so he gets no sort of PPR bonus.
