Fantasy owners have been spoiled by Keenan Allen this season, and after a dropoff over the past two weeks, answers are being searched for. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy owners of San Diego Chargers wide receiver Keenan Allen did not get the performance they had hoped for in Week 11 after the rookie exited early due to a knee injury.
The injury was a minor hyperextension, which was enough for the team to exercise caution during their matchup versus the Miami Dolphins. However, concerns have since grown milder as Allen has returned to practice at a full basis on Wednesday and Thursday.
Fantasy Spin: While the honeymoon may be over between Allen and his fantasy owners, it doesn’t mean that he does not have value to present despite two slow weeks. Allen has logged a combined 86 yards in those games, which is not what owners had been accustomed to after a four-game stretch where he averaged 104 yards and nearly a touchdown each contest.
Allen is amid a rough stretch of games, and though things don't get easy with the Kansas City Chiefs and Cincinnati Bengals ahead on the docket, there is still room to capitalize. The Chiefs have allowed a modest, but far from dominant average of 70 yards to opposing No. 1 receivers this season, and if Allen was to match that on Sunday, it would be his highest yardage total in three weeks.
Though the Chiefs defense has been dominant as a whole, they have still allowed space for wide receivers to post decent fantasy point totals. Allen’s owners should not be scared away, and with the worst of his injury behind him, he makes for an attractive WR3 option in Week 12 and beyond.
