San Diego Chargers running back Ryan Mathews is listed as probable to face the Kansas City Chiefs this week. He has a minor hamstring tweak and was a full participant in practice all week. He has been on the injury report for a couple of weeks and it didn't seem to affect him on Sunday. In Week 11, Mathews totaled 127 rushing yards on 19 carries to go with two catches for 16 yards against the Miami Dolphins.
Ryan Mathews injury update: Fantasy owners surprisingly pleased with his production
Ryan Mathews is shedding the “bust” label lately. We break down the fantasy implications.

The 26-year-old back is in the midst of a bounce-back season. He’s up to 150 carries, 666 rushing yards, 10 catches, 84 receiving yards and three scores on the year.
Fantasy impact: It's nice that Mathews is producing, but this is not likely to be one of those weeks in which he will be able to keep up his output. The Chiefs have shut down all sorts of backs and their pass rush should give Philip Rivers headaches all game. Mathews doesn't catch passes, but not being able to move the ball through the air means they'll be less likely to score. He's more of a flex this week.
