The Green Bay Packers made a quarterback switch in the middle of Sunday's game and went with Matt Flynn down the stretch. They were down 16 points in the fourth quarter and Flynn led them to a 26-26 tie with a final stat line of 21 of 36 for 218 yards and one touchdown.
Matt Flynn replaces Scott Tolzien, not much fantasy value to go around
The Packers went with Matt Flynn in the second half and he led a nice comeback. We break down the fantasy implications.

Scott Tolzien had a pretty lackluster game with his nine completions going for just 57 yards on 14 attempts. That's good for a 4.1 yards per attempt, which is horrific considering his completion percentage wasn't too bad. He did lead them on a TD drive, capped off by a six-yard run from the QB.
Matt Flynn wasn't very effective on Sunday, completing seven of his 17 passes for 98 yards, before his TD, but he turned it around down the stretch. Flynn holds the ball way too long and it's the big reason why he was discarded by the Seattle Seahawks and Oakland Raiders over the past two seasons.
All of this unimpressive play could be moot with the Packers hopeful Aaron Rodgers will return for Thanksgiving's game against the Lions, but nothing is certain.
Fantasy impact: Obviously, any fantasy owner who has a Packers receiver is going to want Rodgers back. Flynn can’t get the ball out in time and he’s going to cost his receivers so overall production. He’s not worth picking up.
