After middling performance much of the season, wide receiver Mike Wallace had his best game as a member of the Miami Dolphins Sunday. It wasn't enough, though, as the Dolphins lost to the Carolina Panthers, 20-16.
Mike Wallace finally gives fantasy players big performance
The wide receiver had his best game as a Dolphin Sunday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Wallace caught five passes for 127 yards and a touchdown Sunday. It was a season high in yardage for Wallace, and his first touchdown since Week 2. He has only three hundred-yard games on the season, and has had 41 or fewer yards six different times.
Fantasy impact: Wallace had 110 of his 127 yards and his touchdown on two catches -- 57 and 53 yards -- in the first half. He was held to three catches for 17 yards in the last two quarters. This wasn’t so much an example of Wallace being THE guy for Miami, as his five catches only tied for his fourth-highest total on the season, as it was an example of Wallace’s strength as a field-stretcher.
The Dolphins play the New York Jets next week, and the way to beat the Jets is through the air, as they have one of the best run defenses in the game, so there's reason to believe this may be the start of more good things for Wallace.
