Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson rushed 32 times for 146 yards and a touchdown in the Week 12 tie with the Green Bay Packers. Peterson did have a lost fumble but this was one of his better games of the year. The Vikings also were more balanced on offense which bodes well for Peterson's numbers. On the year, Peterson has 226 carries for 997 yards and ten touchdowns. He also has 25 receptions for 165 yards and a touchdown in the passing game.

Fantasy impact: Despite the quarterback carousel in Minnesota, Peterson's status as a must start isn't in any danger. There is something to be said for continuity and as long as Ponder plays decently Peterson has a chance to produce consistently good numbers. Going into Week 12, Peterson was averaging 85.1 yards per game. The Vikings will face the Chicago Bears in Week 13. The Bears are giving up the seventh most fantasy points to running backs.
