Green Bay Packers running back Eddie Lacy was unable to get anything going against the Detroit Lions on Thanksgiving. Lacy rushed 10 times for just 16 yards, adding 23 yards on two catches in the Packers' 40-10 loss.
Eddie Lacy disappoints fantasy owners in Thanksgiving loss
The Packers’ passing game was DOA and Eddie Lacy paid the price with a poor game. We break down the fantasy implications.

With Matt Flynn doing nothing in the passing game, the Lions sold out to stop the workhorse back, and it worked. The Packers’ offensive line did not help matters. Lacy couldn’t find any holes to work with and as good as he is after contact, he could only do so much with defenders dogpiling him.
Fantasy impact: Don't be surprised if Mike McCarthy simply burns the game tape. Green Bay's offense has no life with Aaron Rodgers out and their playoff hopes are starting to circle the drain. Rodgers is expected to return in Week 14, which will give the passing game some credibility again. Look for Lacy to bounce back against the Falcons next week. He's still a solid RB1 play in fantasy.
