Zac Stacy cleared, should play against 49ers for fantasy owners
St. Louis Rams running back Zac Stacy was cleared to play against the 49ers on Sunday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Usually, there's a final test on Saturday, but it sounds like Stacy has been fully cleared. Stacy has come on strong since getting the nod over Daryl Richardson, who was supposed to replace Steven Jackson as the starter. Stacy is clearly that guy now, with 141 carries for 624 yards and four touchdowns.
Stacy will face a tough matchup on Sunday against the San Francisco 49ers. The 49ers allow 104.7 rushing yards per game, and are ranked No. 12 in the league.
Fantasy Impact: Stacy has been very effective, and definitely a surprise for fantasy owners. He’s worked his way into being a must-start each week, even against the 49ers. Owners worried about his concussion should rest easy and start him with confidence, tough matchup or not.
