Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Harry Douglas has had back-to-back 100-yard games in the wake of injuries to starting wide receivers Julio Jones and Roddy White. Sunday, he looks to continue his season-best streak as the Falcons take on the Carolina Panthers.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 9: Harry Douglas
The Falcons wide receiver has been strong in the wake of injuries around the team. Can he keep it up Sunday? We break down the fantasy implications.

Douglas opened the season with a 93-yard outing, as normal starter White was hindered by an ankle injury. After a few weeks of poor production as Jones shouldered the load, both the team’s starters have missed the team’s last two games, opening the door for Douglas to produce.
Fantasy impact: The Panthers defense the Falcons face this week is good against the pass, but it is great against the run, and Falcons No. 1 running back, Steven Jackson, is in only his second game back from his own injury, while No. 2 running back Jacquizz Rodgers has done far more through the receiving game than rushing.
In short, the Falcons are going to be passing more than running in Sunday’s game. White appears likely to still be hindered Sunday even if he does play, so Douglas, Rodgers, and tight end Tony Gonzalez could still be decent plays.
Considering the defense the team is playing, Douglas isn’t a high-end starter, but he’s still a fine play as a WR3/flex.
