Oakland Raiders quarterback Terrelle Pryor entered the season with low expectations. Most people expected him to be a sacrificial lamb on a possible 0-16 team before the Raiders draft a new quarterback next year, but Pryor has kept the Raiders competitive in nearly every game, using his dual-threat ability to lead Oakland to a surprising 3-4 record.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 9: Terrelle Pryor
Terrelle Pryor exceeded low expectations this season, but he’s had a rough stretch of games lately. Should fantasy owners trust him against the Eagles this week?

That said, the past two weeks have not been kind to Pryor. He was sacked 10 times by the Chiefs and threw for just 88 yards in a win over the Pittsburgh Steelers. His overall stats still look good, completing 63 percent of his passes for 1,149 yards and five touchdowns while adding 391 rushing yards.
Fantasy impact: Nothing heals a player's fantasy value like playing the Philadelphia Eagles defense, and that's exactly who Pryor is facing this week. His recent slump aside, Pryor still oozes upside and should be owned in most leagues. He can be started as a comfortable QB2 this week, especially if you're in a bye week crunch.
