Tennessee Titans quarterback Jake Locker missed two team games with injury, and hadn't turned the ball over once all year before his absence. So of course, in his first game back -- the Titans' last game before their Week 8 bye -- Locker threw an interception. Sunday, he hopes to keep the ball in his team's hands as the Titans take on the St. Louis Rams.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 9: Jake Locker
The Titans quarterback turned the ball over for the first time all season in his first start back from injury. Can he have a better performance Sunday? We break down the fantasy implications.

Though Locker did commit his first turnover of the year in his last game, he also set a season-high for passing yardage, with 326 yards on 25-of-41 passing, and threw two touchdown passes. He has eight touchdown passes -- plus one touchdown run -- on the season to go with only the single interception.
Fantasy impact: Locker might have rushed back from injury to play against the San Francisco 49ers in Week 7, with his backup quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick struggling, but he looked good enough, and, after the bye, should be back close to full strength for Sunday's game.
The Titans are facing a Rams defense that was all over Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson Monday night, so Locker will have to be quick on his feet. With six quarterbacks on a bye, Locker will rise up in the rankings, but he's not really a starting option in single-quarterback ten- or 12-team leagues. In deeper leagues, or two-quarterback leagues, he's a fine play, but anything shallower, and he's probably too risky.
