Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch (knee) is expected to start when the team takes on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on their home field in Week 9. Lynch only carried the ball eight times for 23 yards against the St. Louis Rams in Week 8.
Marshawn Lynch injury update: practiced Friday, ready for fantasy start against Bucs
The Seawhawks go-to running back is ready to start against the Bucs. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy impact: the fact that Lynch only got a total of nine against a Rams defense that gives up a lot of yards to running backs has to be a bit concerning for his fantasy owners.
That said, the game was a defensive battle and everyone on the Seahawks except for receiver Golden Tate seemed to have to battle their way through the contest offensively.
Lynch is on pace to match his career high for rushing touchdowns in a season with 12, a mark he set back in 2011. The concerning part of his statistics for fantasy owners is the fact that Lynch is only averaging slightly above 75 yards per game this season. That is still a good average in general but when you consider that Lynch averaged over 99 yards a game last year, he’s probably not producing at a clip most fantasy owners expected when they drafted him.
