New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees had his second-highest passing yardage total of the season, but also threw two interceptions. It was a middling day that led to a Saints loss, 26-20, to the New York Jets.
Drew Brees has up-and-down day for Saints, fantasy owners
The Saints quarterback threw for two touchdowns, but was also intercepted twice. We break down the fantasy implications.

Brees completed 30 of his 51 pass attempts for 382 yards and two touchdowns (both in the first half of the game to tight end Jimmy Graham). He also threw two interceptions, both in the first half. The Saints struggled to get any offense together in the second half of the game.
Fantasy impact: A week after a five touchdown performance against the Buffalo Bills, this was a real come down performance for Brees owners, and for the Saints, who had to have expected a win going against a mediocre Jets team.
Next week, the Saints host the Dallas Cowboys in what promises to be an offensive showdown. Brees ought to get back on track then.
