Cleveland Browns quarterback Jason Campbell completed 23 passes for 262 yards and three touchdowns in a 24-18 win over the Baltimore Ravens. Campbell's effort marks the second straight week he's put together a solid fantasy effort and given his team a chance to win.
Jason Campbell lights up the fantasy world, tops Ravens
The Browns quarterback led the charge in a rare win over a bitter rival. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy impact: Very few people in the fantasy community expected Campbell to come off the bench for the Browns and actually keep them in games, never mind seeing him make an impact on the rosters of fantasy owners.
Even more surprising is that Campbell's No. 1 target in the game was not Josh Gordon. Instead Greg Little, who was moved down on the depth chart earlier this year for his lack of performance, actually put together his best game of the season against Baltimore. He led the team with 122 yards receiving on seven catches.
Teammate Davone Bess also stepped up with not one but two scores, even though he only drew four targets from Campbell.
It's a good thing Campbell was able to move the ball through the air for the Browns because running back Willis McGahee only managed a grand total of 31 yards on 21 carries on the ground.
