Buffalo Bills quarterback E.J. Manuel says he has been cleared to practice, according to Mike Rodak of ESPN. Manuel also said that the decision to play in Week 10 is up to head coach Doug Marrone, however. Manuel is dealing with a knee injury he sustained on Oct. 3 against the Cleveland Browns.
E.J. Manuel cleared to practice, fantasy value iffy
Buffalo Bills quarterback E.J. Manuel has been cleared to practice. We break down the fantasy implications.

Manuel hasn't played or practiced since that game, and has missed the last four games. The Bills went 1-3 during that span, under quarterbacks Thad Lewis and Jeff Tuel, while the team has also signed free agent Matt Flynn. Lewis had actually played fairly well for a bit there, but was too banged up to play in Week 9.
Buffalo fell to the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday, and fell to the New Orleans Saints the week prior. Manuel is hoping to return for Week 10, a game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, but again, that decision will come down to the head coach.
Fantasy Impact: Manuel wasn’t exactly a fantasy juggernaut before getting injured, but he was playing well. Manuel completed 85 of 150 passes for 985 yards with five touchdowns and three interceptions. He might be worth a pick-up at this point, if you’re hurting for help at the quarterback position.
