Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers (broken collarbone) is expected to be out for 4-6 weeks and will miss the team's Week 10 game against the Philadelphia Eagles, according to Fox Sports 1's Mike Garafolo.
Aaron Rodgers out up to 6 weeks, backup fantasy quarterback a must
The Packers quarterback is going to be out for a while. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: Without a doubt, Rogers is one of the few elite fantasy quarterbacks in the NFL. His prolonged absence from the team to deal with the injury has no doubt shifted the balance of power in the NFC North. It now favors the Chicago Bears and Detroit Lions.
Rodgers injured his collarbone on the first drive of the game against the Bears in Week 9 after he was tackled into the turf. Backup Seneca Wallace took over and completed 11 passes for just 114 yards.
The absence of A-Rod not only leaves a big hole in the lineups of his fantasy owners, it also lowers the immediate value of the Packers wide receiving corps as well as running backs Eddie Lacy and James Starks.
Though Rodgers has been relatively healthy throughout his playing career, especially considering he scrambles out of the pocket more than the average passer, no one is immune from injury. Fantasy owners will have to look for a fill-in and may not have Rodgers for the majority of their playoff run.
