Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Riley Cooper (illness) returned to practice on Wednesday after being sent home by the team on Tuesday to rest, according to a report by Eagles beat writer Tim McManus.
Riley Cooper practices Wednesday, let the waiver wire additions continue in fantasy leagues
The Eagles wide receiver appears healthy coming off a big game against the Raiders. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: Cooper seems to have better chemistry with Nick Foles at quarterback than he does with Michael Vick (hamstring). In three games with Foles under center, Cooper is averaging five catches and a shade over 115 receiving yards per game.
He also has four touchdowns in those games. The fact the Foles was named the NFC player of the week following his seven touchdown performance against the Oakland Raiders in Week 9 means he should get another start against the Green Bay Packers in Week 10. That's good news for fantasy owners who snatch Cooper off of the waiver wire.
Make no mistake about it, Desean Jackson and running back Lesean McCoy are still the top offense of weapons the Eagles have at their disposal, but given his recent play, Cooper makes an intriguing addition to your roster in deeper fantasy leagues, especially against a Packers secondary that is average at best.
