Houston Texans running back Arian Foster did not practice on Wednesday, according to Tania Ganguli of ESPN. Foster is dealing with back and hamstring injuries, though the former is more the issue at this point. Foster sustained the back injury in Sunday night's 27-24 defeat at the hands of the Indianapolis Colts.
Arian Foster misses practice, fantasy status uncertain for Week 10
Houston Texans running back Arian Foster missed practice on Wednesday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Foster was listed as questionable with a hamstring injury heading into that game, and had been dealing with nagging injuries all season. The game in which he sustained the hamstring injury was the team's Week 7 game against the Kansas City Chiefs, in which Foster carried the ball just four times before his day was done.
The week prior, he had 20 carries for 141 yards. He has 121 carries for 542 yards and a touchdown on the season. Against the Colts, he didn’t manage a single carry before he had to exit the game. It’s been a solid season thus far but the nagging injuries over the past couple weeks are a concern. It wouldn’t be surprising if he missed some time to get back to 100 percent.
Fantasy Impact: Foster is one of the top fantasy running backs and a must-start any time he’s playing. Unfortunately, him missing practice on Wednesday is a worrying sign, but fantasy owners shouldn’t rule him out just yet. Whether or not he practices on Thursday will be the biggest indication of what’s to come, at this point.
