New Orleans Saints running back Darren Sproles passed a concussion test on Wednesday and practiced on a full basis.
Darren Sproles cleared of concussion, fantasy status looking good
Darren Sproles was cleared on a concussion on Wednesday. We break down the fantasy implications.

This is outstanding news for Sproles, as it means the head injury he suffered was not severe. The NFL has a stringent policy on concussions, so being on the practice field means he’s ready to go. Sproles also suffered an ankle injury on Sunday, and that looks to be a non-issue, as well.
The Saints missed Sproles badly in Sunday's loss to the Jets. They had to turn to Pierre Thomas out of the backfield, and short-yardage receiver Lance Moore saw a season-high 10 targets.
Fantasy impact: It sounds like Sproles will be good to good for a high-scoring shootout against the Cowboys on Sunday Night Football. Fantasy owners can deploy him with confidence in PPR, while Thomas loses some of his luster, and Moore isn't as intriguing, either.
