Jacksonville Jaguars Cecil Shorts did not practice on Wednesday due to a groin injury. He has dealt with this issue for a few weeks now and has sat out of Wednesday practice before.
Cecil Shorts sitting out of practice, still should be fine for fantasy
Cecil Shorts’ groin is still hurting. We break down the fantasy implications.

The Jaguars have been taking it easy on Shorts during practice and he's been on the injury report for about one month with this ailment. He'll likely play on Sunday against the Tennessee Titans.
The Jaguars need him badly. Receiver Justin Blackmon has been suspended for the season and will not play for the rest of the year. Blackmon was out for the first four weeks of the year, and it was the Cecil Shorts Show before Blackmon debuted this year. In fact, Shorts was leading the league in targets in the first four weeks.
Fantasy impact: Shorts is going to be a target monster and he should play. He’ll serve as a WR2 in most formats and could be a low-end PPR WR1. Mike Brown is also worth a look as a desperation play with the lack of skill position players in Jacksonville.
