Washington Redskins running back Alfred Morris has been steadily picking up steam all season. He had a rough game to start the season, and a few games in which he only managed totals of 73 and 71 yards, but since then, he's put up at least 80 yards in four consecutive games.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 10: Alfred Morris
Alfred Morris has been running hard the last few weeks and is eyeing a Week 10 matchup against the Minnesota Vikings. We break down the fantasy implications.

He's had at least 90 yards in his last three, and has found the end zone in three of his last four games. On Sunday against the San Diego Chargers, he carried the ball 25 times for 121 yards and a touchdown. He's got 133 carries for 686 yards and five touchdowns on the season.
Morris has been playing very well in recent weeks, and has led the Redskins to the No. 6 rushing offense in the NFL, at 146.3 rushing yards per game on average. His per-carry average of 5.2 yards over the courage of the season is stellar.
Fantasy Impact: Minnesota has a tough run defense at No. 11 in the league, allowing 104.0 rushing yards per game on average. Morris is one of those backs who can take that to the limit and increase their average by a few yards, however. The Redskins will want to throw the ball against Minnesota, but Morris will get his touches and smart money is on him being effective. He’s a must-start and one of the top fantasy running backs this week.
