Washington Redskins running back Roy Helu has been a noteworthy part of the Skins' offense so far this year. His four scores rank second on the team and his 14 receptions lead all running backs. No other back has more than three.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 10: Roy Helu
It’s been a while since we saw Roy Helu shock the fantasy world with his three-TD game back on October 20. Could be bring his fantasy value back to life on Thursday?

The problem is that almost all of that production came in one game. Helu lit up the Chicago Bears with three scores on Oct. 20, so that means he's only hit paydirt just once in Washington's other seven games.
His last two weeks have been quiet with only a combined 34 rushing yards, 20 receiving yards and two receptions. Alfred Morris is running hard and the Skins surprised a lot of people giving running back Darrel Young three rushing touchdowns against the Chargers on Sunday, including a game winner.
Fantasy impact: Owners simply can’t play Helu. The short week and unclear role make him more than just a riverboat gamble. He only saw two carries on Sunday and the Redskins will likely lean on a passing attack due to Minnesota’s banged-up secondard. That said, he’s still worth owning in most leagues because he would be a featured back should Morris ever miss time.
