The Falcons wide receiver could play on Sunday, though fantasy owners might want to wait until he performs to use him. We break down the fantasy implications.

White practiced only once a week ago, but has been involved in the team's practices all week this week. The receiver hasn't played since Week 5 against the New York Jets, and has been limited to only 14 catches for 129 yards and no touchdowns all season, in what has been a disastrous year for the entire Falcons offense.
Fantasy impact: White was active early in the season when he likely shouldn’t have been, held to basically decoy duty. It took him until Week 5, his most recent game, to even top 28 yards in a game.
Even if White is active Sunday, he is a dicey play in fantasy. Even though the Seahawks’ defense has not been its normal dominant self the last few weeks, it’s still a strong unit. More importantly, White was, as mentioned above, active when he shouldn’t have been early in the season, and fantasy owners who started him were disappointed with his production.
The best strategy for White owners is to keep White benched until he returns and proves capable of real performance. That might mean missing one strong White outing, but the receiver has a decent slate in the fantasy playoffs, so fantasy owners whose seasons haven’t been destroyed by his performance could reap the late-season benefits.
