The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will make a decision regarding Doug Martin's availability for the rest of the 2013 season prior to the team's Monday night game versus the Miami Dolphins, according to Rick Stroud of Tampa Bay Times.
Decision on Doug Martin’s season expected to come Monday, fantasy owners continue to prepare for worst
The Buccaneers are expected to make a decision about Doug Martin’s injury on Monday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Martin suffered a torn labrum in his shoulder during the team's matchup versus the Atlanta Falcons on Oct. 20, and has remained out of action ever since. According to Stroud, the Buccaneers are leaning toward putting their Pro-Bowl running back on injured reserve, thus ending his season.
Fantasy Spin: Buccaneers' brass had held out hope that Martin could return this season, but at 0-8, they would only be putting themselves in a position to lose more than they could ever gain. In the likely event that Martin's season is over, expect Mike James to continue carrying the workload in the Buccaneers' backfield. Coming off of a 166-yard performance versus the Seahawks, the amount of work that James will warrant in the coming weeks is enough to put him in top-15 territory going forward.
Martin’s fantasy owners in redraft leagues still need to wait for the official word before dropping Martin, but at the very least, that wait looks like it’s almost over.
