Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler practiced on Friday and will be listed as probable for the team's Week 10 matchup against the Detroit Lions, according to Jeff Dickerson of ESPN. Cutler is dealing with a groin injury that knocked him out of the team's Week 7 matchup against the Washington Redskins and forced him to miss a Week 9 game against the Green Bay Packers.
Jay Cutler probable, should play for fantasy owners
Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler is listed as probable for Week 10. We break down the fantasy implications.

Cutler has played decent football this season, completing 146 of 225 passes for 1,658 yards with 12 touchdowns. The biggest issue: he’s thrown seven interceptions as well. Interceptions have always been a problem for Cutler and no amount of seasoning or change in offensive gameplan has ever been able to change that.
Still, the Bears are a better team when he's under center. The team fell to the Redskins after Cutler was knocked out, but they did manage to best the Packers with Josh McCown at quarterback.
Fantasy Impact: Cutler has been productive in fantasy, even if he carries a lot of boom or bust potential with his interceptions. Fantasy owners got a decent performance out of McCown in his absence, but they’ll be excited to see Cutler back. All signs point to him playing against the Lions on Sunday.
