Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Golden Tate is a box of chocolates -- you never know what you're going to get week to week. He's a gifted player with the ball in his hands, but doesn't always get enough targets to trust in fantasy.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 13: Golden Tate remains boom-or-bust option
The Seahawks are heading into a blockbuster showdown with the Saints. Will Golden Tate show up to help fantasy owners?

Tate exploded against the Falcons in Week 10, grabbing six catches for 106 yards and a touchdown. He also had 55 yards on punt returns. The next week was a different story. Facing the Minnesota Vikings, Tate was held to one catch for 26 yards. The Seahawks are taking on the New Orleans Saints on Monday night this week.
Fantasy impact: Percy Harvin had a glorified cameo in his 2013 debut against the Vikings, but the Seahawks are expected to increase his role now. What does that mean for Tate's stats? Probably the same feast-or-famine production we've seen out of him this season. Russell Wilson likes to spread targets around, rarely locking onto one receiver. That makes Tate a weekly headache for fantasy owners.
With the Saints likely to key in on Harvin, Tate could see more looks his way, but it’s a total coin flip. Only start him if you’re feeling secure about the rest of the receivers in your lineups. If your matchup is looking dicey, perhaps look at safer bets in your WR3 slot.
