Santonio Holmes injury: Jets WR questionable, unlikely to play for fantasy owners
New York Jets wide receiver Santonio Holmes is questionable for Sunday. We break down their fantasy implications.

Holmes sustained the injury on Sept. 29 against the Tennessee Titans, and missed the following five games. That said, Holmes has played in the team's last two outings, but may have suffered a setback in practice on Wednesday. Holmes has been effective when he actually plays, to an extent.
But it’s still a down season. He’s caught just 13 passes for 326 yards and a touchdown. He’s New York’s most talented receiver, but he’s had trouble finding his way onto the field due to his injuries.
Fantasy Impact: It’s hard to imagine Holmes playing on Sunday. The Jets were not optimistic about Holmes or fellow receiver Jeremy Kerley. Then again, fantasy owners shouldn’t be depending on Holmes anyway. He’s an outside WR3 option when he plays, but that’s simply not likely on Sunday. Bench him and ensure you have someone to play in his place.
