Fantasy quarterbacks are one of the toughest positions to handle on a start/sit basis. Since teams only need one, most teams usually have two. If you don't have someone like Drew Brees or Peyton Manning, you could be facing a tough decision. Here's a look at six games with some fluid fantasy values:
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 15: Quarterbacks
Tony Romo probably ended a lot of fantasy seasons on Monday Night Football. Should fantasy owners start him after a disaster?

Starts
Russell Wilson - The Seattle Seahawks don't have a great road matchup coming up against the New York Giants on Sunday. Outside of Philip Rivers carving up the Giants last week, their defense has been shutting down a lot of quarterbacks. The problem is most of those guys aren't exactly world beaters. Robert Griffin III had just 207 passing yards and Tony Romo had 234 yards on the road, but the Green Bay QB combo of Scott Tolzien and Matt Flynn put up 339 yards three weeks ago.
Wilson snapped a six-game streak of scoring at least two TDs, so his owners shouldn't be too dissuaded by him scoring just once against the San Francisco 49ers last week. Wilson projects as a QB1 as long as the Seahawks can keep him upright. Plus, Jason Pierre-Paul's injury should certainly help their pass protection.
Andrew Luck - The Colts have been playing some terrible ball lately and were embarrassed against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 14. It definitely wasn't Luck's fault with his four TDs, 326 passing yards and no turnovers. He finally found a third option to go with Coby Fleener and T.Y. Hilton with the sudden emergence of Da'Rick Rogers.
This week Luck gets a subpar matchup against the Houston Texans. While the Texans are the ninth-toughest in keeping quarterbacks in check in fantasy, Luck was able to carve them up for 271 passing yards, three passing TDs and and no turnovers in Week 9. This time he gets them at home and the Colts will really want to rebound after such a bad loss. Luck should be viewed as a low-end QB1.
Tony Romo - He had a fairly disappointing game against the Chicago Bears on Monday NIght Football. Chicago had been giving up a ton of points and yards, but Romo had just 104 passing yards in the ugly 45-28 loss. The good news is he was able to put up three passing TDs.
Romo’s yardage numbers have been enough to make owners in yardage-bonus leagues want to jump ship. Over his last four games, Romo averaged just 172.8 passing yards per game. Before that four-game stretch, he was below that number just once in his previous eight games.
Fantasy owners have to cut him some slack this week. He has a great matchup against the Green Bay Packers. Of course, the best news is that it's at home. Start him.
Sits
Andy Dalton - The Red Rifle gave the Bengals some firepower on Sunday with his three passing touchdowns, 275 passing yards and no picks in an easy win over the Indianapolis Colts. It gets a little tougher this week against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Back in Week 2, he didn’t have too much success against the Steelers. Dalton totaled 280 yards and just one score in the home game. This week, he’ll have to travel to Pittsburgh. He struggled there last season and didn’t throw any touchdowns to go with his two picks. While fantasy owners are likely thrilled about his production from last week, there are probably better options out there.
Colin Kaepernick - The 49ers don't ask Kaepernick to do much. They are dead last in the NFL in passing yards and only five teams have fewer passing TDs. It's all about their defense and they've held teams to just 13.2 points per game over the last six, despite facing three good teams in the Carolina Panthers, New Orleans Saints and the Seahawks.
They're not going to have a tough time stopping the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday. It should be a run-first game for San Francisco and it should be another one of Kaepernick's under-200-yard games in a blowout win.
Jay Cutler - There aren't many better receiving corps than that of the Bears. Alshon Jeffery has emerged as easily the best WR2 on his team and he's quickly turning into a top-10 receiver. The strangest part about Jeffery is he busted out with his backup quarterback at the helm.
Well, Cutler is back and he's not getting a friendly matchup for the welcome back party. The Cleveland Browns have been the 10th-toughest matchup for QBs thanks to cornerback Joe Haden taking away teams' split ends. Cutler has played in just one game since Week 7, so the rust factor is enough to scare owners away. There is a lot of upside, but there is a little more risk than reward.
