Miami Dolphins tight end Charles Clay has really found his stride in recent weeks. The third-year tight end barely amassed 400 total yards in 28 games over his first two seasons, but his third year has been much, much better. Clay has 60 receptions (88 targets) for 678 yards and six touchdowns in 2013.
Fantasy football sit/start advice, Week 15: Charles Clay
We take a look at whether or not you should start Charles Clay in your fantasy league.

Clay’s biggest issue in the past was inconsistent play. Not only would he disappear for long periods of time, he was a poor blocker and he made plenty of mistakes. He’s been much more solid at the technical level this year, and earned more playing time because of it. He’s become one of the more reliable weapons in the Miami offense, and he often creates a mismatch while up against linebackers in coverage.
Fantasy Sit/Start: Clay has put up solid numbers of late. Against the New York Jets in Week 13, he had seven catches (10 targets) for 80 yards, and against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 14, he caught seven more passes (10 targets) for 97 yards and a pair of touchdowns. Clay has built himself into one of the more reliable tight ends and he should be considered a top five fantasy option at the position. Start him.
