A week after he ran for 105 yards in a huge performance, Miami Dolphins running back Daniel Thomas couldn't even get to 20 Sunday. Teammate Lamar Miller got the bulk of the team's carries, though Thomas did find the end zone in the team's 24-20 victory over the New England Patriots.
Daniel Thomas scores, Lamar Miller gets the work, neither helpful in fantasy
None of the Dolphins’ three main running backs were anything but mediocre in fantasy Sunday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Thomas had 16 rushing yards on five rushing attempts, but did catch a two-yard touchdown pass early in the fourth quarter, his only catch of the day. Miller added 61 rushing yards of his own on 15 carries. Meanwhile, the team's No. 3 running back, Marcus Thigpen, didn't get any carries, but did catch two passes for 23 yards and a touchdown, including the game-winner with 1:15 left.
Fantasy impact: The team has gone back and forth on its top running back all season; Thomas has had the majority of the carries three times, with Miller getting the rest. Neither has been anything resembling a fantasy producer. No Dolphins running back is worth fantasy use in the season’s last two weeks unless a situation is super-desperate.
