Even as his team has been bad and his numbers have been mediocre, New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning had generally been able to give his fantasy owners some glimmer of hope week-to-week, as the quarterback was averaging 11.2 fantasy points per game entering Week 15.

The Giants quarterback could scarcely have had a worse day Sunday. We break down the fantasy implications.

That all came crashing down against the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday, as the Giants were shut out in a 23-0 game.
Manning had only 156 passing yards on 18-of-31 passing. He had no touchdowns (obviously, as the game was a shutout), but was picked off a season-high five times by the Seahawks’ defense. It was, by almost any measure, Manning’s worst game of the year, and maybe the worst of his career; he had never had more than three interceptions in a game in which he didn’t also have a touchdown.
Fantasy impact: Somehow, Manning even has more interceptions than the New York Jets' Geno Smith. The two entered Sunday tied in picks on the season.
It’s like there is only so much success to go around in the Manning family, and Peyton decided to keep it all for himself this year. Whatever has happened with Eli, it’s clear that he’s not even worth owning in fantasy the rest of the season, let alone worth using.
