In his five games since returning from injury, New York Giants running back Andre Brown had averaged just over 100 total yards and 12.8 fantasy points per game. That all fell apart Sunday, as Brown was held to only one fantasy point in the Giants' 23-0 loss to the Seattle Seahawks.
Andre Brown has miserable day for Giants, fantasy owners
The running back had his worst game of the season by a lot on Sunday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Brown had only 17 rushing yards on 11 carries, adding nine receiving yards on four catches. The running back came into Sunday averaging 4.3 yards per rush, but he managed only 1.55 against Seattle. The Giants as a team managed only 181 yards in the game, and it's not like Brown's backup did much better -- Peyton Hillis had only eight rushing yards on three carries, gaining 24 more on two receptions.
Fantasy impact: With quarterback Eli Manning having a career-worst day -- no touchdowns, five interceptions -- the stout Seahawks' defense was able to focus on the running backs as well. It was just a miserable day for everyone on the Giants.
The good news is that, after facing one of the NFL's best defenses in Week 15, the Week 16 and Week 17 matchups against the Detroit Lions and Washington Redskins -- two significantly worse defenses -- should bear good tidings for Brown. This hurts his stock a bit, but he's still a starter.
