Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Roddy White posted a modest line versus a leaky Washington Redskins defense on Sunday.
Roddy White logs 53 yards for fantasy owners on Sunday
The Falcons’ No. 1 receiver had a run-of-the-mill afternoon despite facing a low-ranked Washington Redskins defense. We break down the fantasy implications.

The Falcons did not have much trouble moving the ball throughout most of the game, but the yardage did not rack up versus a Redskins team that repeatedly blessed the Falcons with good field position that resulted from seven turnovers. White finished the afternoon with a quiet second half, and amassed 53 yards on five catches with a team-high seven targets.
Fantasy Spin: It would have been more encouraging for White’s owners to see him produce more versus the Redskins defense, but game situation had more to do with that than anything else. Matt Ryan was constantly under duress, and not much could be capitalized on downfield.
White's value will be in question in Week 16 versus a sturdy San Francisco 49ers defense, and it's fair to expect Ryan being under just as much pressure during that matchup as he was versus the Redskins. As a result, White's a middling WR3 during fantasy football championship week.
