Bush missed Detroit's Week 14 game against the Philadelphia Eagles after aggravating a calf injury in warmups. He returned to practice late in the week and appears ready to suit up for the Lions. If Bush is up for it, the Lions will likely give him a big workload considering how important this game is for them in the playoff race.
Fantasy spin: Bush has been a hit or miss fantasy option this season as he continues to battle nagging injuries more often than he would like. Still, plenty of teams in the fantasy football playoffs are likely relying on Bush to make something happen against a tough Ravens defense.
If you took a risk keeping Bush in the lineup, go ahead and start him. If he's a surprise inactive, Bernard Pierce and Theo Riddick are the running backs to add.
