“Randall Cobb’s workout today was very good. We’ll see how he feels tomorrow,” coach Mike McCarthy said.
Cobb has played in just five games, totaling 29 receptions for 378 yards and two TDs. He suffered a broken leg against the Ravens on Oct. 13 and has not returned to the lineup.
Fantasy impact: Cobb would be too good to bench and it sounds like it's at least possible for them to put him on the field in a big game. Both the Steelers and Packers have a lot on the line and they're both going to do everything they can to win. If Cobb can go, he'll be a must-start player in PPR leagues. He was putting up WR1 value before going down and would serve as a mid-level WR2 in most formats, as well. On the other hand, Jarrett Boykin would be in line to lose a lot of fantasy value with Cobb back in the fold.
