Jacksonville Jaguars running back Maurice Jones-Drew (hamstring) did not practice on Wednesday, according to a report by Jaguars senior writer John Oehser. Jones-Drew didn't play against the Buffalo Bills last week either.
Maurice Jones-Drew misses practice, fantasy status for finals to be determined
The Jaguars running back is in danger of missing his second straight game. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: The Jaguars have been out of playoff contention for the majority of the season. The team simply didn’t have the talent or depth to be taken seriously.
Receiver Cecil Shorts III has been hurt most of the year and teammate Justin Blackmon got suspended twice, with the second suspension costing him the rest of the season.
Couple the Jags' lack of ability at the receiver position with the fact Chad Henne is the team's starting quarterback and you can see why Jones-Drew was in for a tough year.
That said. Jones-Drew has played better over the past month, as has the rest of the team. It’s unfortunate he’s hurt going into the final weeks of the fantasy season, but since the Jags don’t have a reason to risk MJD’s health, fantasy owners should look elsewhere. Teammate Jordan Todman had over 150 total yards in place of Jones-Drew last week, and he’s the guy to go out an add if you need a replacement this week.
