Maurice Jones-Drew misses Thursday practice, fantasy owners continue the waiting game
The Jaguars’ feature back continues to be absent from the practice field due to a hamstring injury. We break down the fantasy implications.

Jacksonville Jaguars running back Maurice Jones-Drew missed practice again on Thursday.
The veteran running back has now missed five consecutive days of practice and has not gotten any time in since sustaining a hamstring injury during a Thursday night game versus the Houston Texans in Week 14. With the Jaguars near the bottom of the AFC South standings, it's fair to assume that the team is in no rush to get Jones-Drew back onto the field.
Fantasy Spin: Jordan Todman is in line to get the start once again, and after he put up 153 total yards in Jones-Drew's absence, the Jaguars know that they can get production in the running game. The Tennessee Titans have allowed 1,428 rushing yards and 18 rushing touchdowns to running backs, which adds up to them allowing more fantasy points this season than every team not named the Dallas Cowboys.
Whichever Jaguars running back gets the start is squarely in flex territory as a result, but smart money would be on Todman getting the nod once again.
