Fantasy impact: Fleener is the second most targeted receiver for the Colts behind T.Y. Hilton and there is no reason to believe that will change. The Colts are struggling on offense right now and Andrew Luck is struggling in his second year behind a suspect offensive line and with an inconsistent run game. Fleener is averaging about 45 yards per game and will remain a low-end fantasy start. The Colts will travel to Cincinnati to face the Bengals in Week 14. The Bengals are giving up the seventh-least fantasy points to tight ends.
