Kansas City Chiefs tight end Anthony Fasano has a concussion, according to Terez A. Paylor of The Kansas City Star. Head coach Andy Reid also said that Fasano is dealing with a knee sprain following the team's Week 13 loss to the Denver Broncos.
Anthony Fasano has concussion, knee injury; fantasy value iffy for Week 14
Kansas City Chiefs tight end Anthony Fasano has a concussion and a knee injury. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fasano caught three passes for 28 yards and a touchdown before suffering the concussion and exiting the game. He hasn’t had a huge breakout game in the limited time he’s played this season, but he has found the end zone in each of the past three games.
That makes him a valuable option in deep leagues. But Fasano will now have to go through the league’s concussion protocol, which includes multiple tests before he’s cleared for practice and then more before he’s cleared to play. Couple that with a knee injury that he won’t be able to test extensively until he’s cleared and it’s not looking good for Fasano.
Fantasy Impact: Fantasy owners surely have been pleased by Fasano’s ability to find the end zone in recent weeks. At this point, it’s too early to tell what his prospects are really looking like for Week 14, but he’ll need to clear his tests and get back to practice before the team can evaluate his knee injury. It’s likely that there won’t be solid confirmation either way until Thursday, Friday or even later.
