Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Percy Harvin is officially inactive for Monday night's game against the New Orleans Saints. Ian Rapoport says that the Seahawks will wait to see how his hip responds to cortisone injections. There's a possibility they will hold him out until the playoffs.
Percy Harvin inactive vs. Saints, fantasy future looking bleak
Harvin suffered a setback in his recovery from a hip injury, and will be not available on Monday night. We break down the fantasy implications.

Harvin suffered a setback on his surgically-repaired hip. He wasn't able to practice despite the Seahawks coming off a bye week and was listed as doubtful. The star wideout still isn't 100 percent recovered from the hip surgery he underwent in July and has been able to play only one game this season. He caught one pass for 17 yards in the Seahawks' win over the Minnesota Vikings.
Fantasy impact: Hopefully you made other plans already, because Harvin was never expected to play and is now a major question mark for the stretch run. The fact that he’s still having problems with the hip several months after surgery is a major concern.
If Rapoport's report holds true, that makes Harvin droppable in all re-draft leagues -- but he's still worth holding on to in deeper leagues, just in case. Right now, it's just a waiting game. In the meantime, bump Golden Tate up your WR3 rankings.
