Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 16: Rueben Randle has upside with Victor Cruz out
Randle is expected to handle a starting job with Victor Cruz done for the year. He carries a lot of upside for the fantasy championships.

New York Giants wide receiver Rueben Randle has always been long on potential, but hasn't had many chances to show it off. Stuck behind Victor Cruz and Hakeem Nicks on the depth chart, Randle has been a big fantasy gamble for most of the season, getting just 37 catches for 571 yards and six touchdowns.
That could change this week. Cruz is done for the season with a concussion and knee injury, meaning that Randle will be the Giants' No. 2 receiver against the Detroit Lions. Jerrel Jernigan will move up to the slot position behind Randle.
Fantasy impact: Randle remains a risky play because the Giants' offense is so dysfunctional and Eli Manning looks to be in decline. Still, he has plenty of upside and will be worth rolling the dice as a WR4 in deeper leagues. Dynasty league owners should keep hanging on to him--he has breakout potential in 2014 if Nicks hits free agency.
