Fantasy football projections, Week 16: Dolphins vs. Bills featuring Mike Wallace, Charles Clay and Fred Jackson

The Week 16 matchup between the Miami Dolphins and Buffalo Bills should feature two conservative offenses We've got all the fantasy projections for you courtesy of numberfire.

Mike Wallace has awoken from his mid-season slumber at the right time for fantasy owners. At least that appeared to be the case last week against the New England Patriots. Wallace caught six passes for 105 yards and a touchdown and he's scored three times in the last four games. He'll be a good bet to score again against the Bills, who have an average secondary unit.

When quarterback Ryan Tannehill has trouble finding Wallace down the field, the ball will likely end up in the hands of tight end Charles Clay. Clay didn't help fantasy owners much last week, managing only one catch against the Patriots. However, he did score twice against the Pittsburgh Steelers the week prior.

The Bills might have trouble moving the ball through the air on Sunday. Fantasy owners have heard out of Buffalo throughout the season. That said, a familiar face not named E.J.Manuel (knee) will be under center this week. We're talking about Thad Lewis here. Lewis started when Manuel sprained his LCL earlier this season and showed flashes of top-notch play. At the same time, he's turnover prone just like any other young QB, so Lewis will lower the fantasy value of surrounding receivers.

The only surefire fantasy performer on the Bills this season has been running back Fred Jackson and even that's not saying much. Jackson splits carries with teammate C.J. Spiller, so there is a cap on his value this week as there has been all year. But he has been more productive when given the ball than Spiller, so he is a better fantasy option in Week 16.
