Fantasy football projections, Week 16: Buccaneers vs. Rams featuring Vincent Jackson, Zac Stacy and Jared Cook

The Week 16 matchup between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the St. Louis Rams is one where defense could make a big impact. We've got all the fantasy projections for you, courtesy of numberfire.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Wide receiver Vincent Jackson isn't exactly lighting it up in terms of yardage totals the last couple of weeks. That's not his fault. Some of his lack of production has to do with quarterback Mike Glennon. Nonetheless, Jackson has found the end zone in back-to-back weeks and he'll be the best option the Buccaneers have regardless of the matchup or the player that happens to start at quarterback.
Glennon has struggled lately; in each of the last three weeks he’s been held to 180 passing yards or less. His inconsistency is to be expected considering he’s a rookie on a bad team. Glennon will have to go up against a tough Rams secondary unit, so he may not be the best option fantasy wise.
St. Louis Rams
Running back Zac Stacy put together a heck of a game last week in a surprising win over the New Orleans Saints. He rushed for 133 yards and a touchdown in the contest. Last week's score now gives Stacy three touchdowns in his last four games. The Buccaneers are pretty good against the run, but Stacy will get the ball a lot. He says he's fully healthy, which is great news for his fantasy owners.
When the Rams aren't giving the ball to Stacy, quarterback Kellen Clemens will be looking to Jared Cook as a safety valve in the passing game. Cook has produced very little in the way of fantasy stats the last three weeks, but with Tavon Austin (ankle) listed as doubtful for the game, Clemens may be looking Cook's way more than usual against the Buccaneers.
