Kansas City Chiefs running back Jamaal Charles had a record-setting game in Week 15 against the Oakland Raiders. Sunday, he's not off to quite the same start, but he's still offered a strong first half as the Chiefs trail the Indianapolis Colts 13-7 at halftime.
Jamaal Charles keeps up hot fantasy production with first-half touchdown Sunday
The Chiefs running back hasn’t scored the billionty-seven touchdowns of last week, but it’s still been a big first half. We break down the fantasy implications.

Charles in the game has eight rushes for 62 yards, adding four catches for 31 more. He scored a touchdown early in the game on a 31-yard run to kick off the game’s scoring. The touchdown brings Charles to 19 on the season, and he’s now over 1,900 yards from scrimmage on the year; he could get to 2,000 with a big second half.
Fantasy impact: Charles has been the best fantasy running back on the season, and it's not particularly close; he entered Sunday 60 fantasy points better than No. 2 at the position, LeSean McCoy. The Chiefs play a 4:25 p.m. ET game next Sunday that still could have relevance unless they lose and the Denver Broncos win Sunday, so expect Charles to keep his production high.
