Marshawn Lynch has decent fantasy outing in Week 16
Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch had a solid day against the Arizona Cardinals in Week 16. We break down the fantasy implications.

The only problem is that the Cardinals were playing out of their minds, and quarterback Russell Wilson was unable to throw the ball at all. Wilson threw for just 108 yards off of 11 completions, with a touchdown and an interception. That allowed Arizona to stack the box against Lynch.
But Lynch generally does well when played like that, and he did on Sunday. He carried the ball 18 times for 71 yards, but as mentioned did not find the end zone.
Fantasy Impact: Lynch has carried fantasy owners to more than a few wins this season. He struggled a bit late in the season, but was still considered a strong start heading into the Week 16 championship. He put up solid numbers, but it’s disappointing he could get a touchdown. That lack of scoring may have cost some fantasy owners the game, but it’s easy to see why it played out that way given the lack of passing proficiency.
