The Dallas Cowboys might be forced to turn to backup quarterback Kyle Orton on Sunday. Tony Romo suffered a back injury and is doubtful to play in the regular season finale against the Philadelphia Eagles. The Cowboys are trying to downplay Romo's injury, but it's pretty clear he won't be ready for the game and will require surgery on a herniated disc. As proof, Dallas signed 41-year-old Jon Kitna to serve as Orton's backup.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 17: Kyle Orton an interesting QB2 play
Tony Romo has a back injury and the Cowboys might have to turn to Kyle Orton with the divisional title on the line. We break down the fantasy implications.

Orton signed with the Cowboys before the 2012 season, but has thrown just five pass attempts this year. He last started a game in 2011 with the Denver Broncos.
Fantasy impact: Despite the stigma of being the guy who got benched for Tim Tebow, Orton is a quality backup who could step in should anything happen to Romo. He'll have to earn his paycheck this week with the playoffs on the line. Orton does have a good matchup against the Eagles' soft defense and could have QB2 upside in a potential shootout.
