Cleveland Browns quarterbacks Jason Campbell and Brandon Weeden were both absent at team practice on Wednesday, and neither quarterback has been cleared to practice via the league's concussion protocol, according to Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer.

Both quarterbacks have been cleared for activity, but there are multiple tests to pass before they're ready to practice and ready to play for Week 14. Campbell already missed action with his concussion, which he suffered on Nov. 24 against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Weeden sustained his concussion against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday.
Campbell has been better than Weeden by a solid margin this season. Campbell has completed 87 passes for 933 yards, six touchdowns and three interceptions. Weeden has completed 141 passes for 1731 yards and nine touchdowns against nine interceptions.
Fantasy Impact: If neither Campbell nor Weeden can go, the Browns will start either Alex Tanney or the recently signed Caleb Hanie. Obviously, neither has much fantasy value, and Weeden is ultimately a bad option for fantasy owners. In other words, Campbell is the only compelling option. Fantasy owners will have to wait until Friday or even later to determine whether or not Campbell will be able to play, however.
