What year is it again? The Houston Texans have been playing like it's 2003 and they've quickly moved to last place in the NFL. They're on a 10-game losing streak and are tanking well enough to make some NBA teams jealous.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 14: Case Keenum has little appeal
Case Keenum and the Texans aren’t exactly a powerhouse, but fantasy owners might not care in a solid matchup on Thursday.

In the center of it all is quarterback Case Keenum. He's been playing well, putting up season numbers of 7.5 yards per attempt, an 8:3 TD:INT ratio and a very respectable 86.1 passer rating.
They will get a chance at redemption this week against the Jacksonville Jaguars this week. Houston lost at home and Keenum had one of his least productive games of his season. He had a season-low 169 passing yards, no TDs and one pick for a season-low 54.7 passer rating.
Fantasy impact: The Texans have a couple players that are basically must-start options like Andre Johnson and Ben Tate, but that doesn't mean their quarterback is a decent option. He'll be on a short leash and a bad night could mean it'll be Matt Schaub's show. Keenum is a must-bench player in almost any league.
